This is my transformational painting of The Flash Vol. 1, No. 123 comic cover. The original artwork was first published September 1961. To create the amazing 3D effect of my style, I reverse paint on multiple layers of optically clear acrylic. This particular painting has 7 layers which gives it a depth of over 1 1/8 inches.
